• Manage service providers deployed at the estate and ensure they maintain appropriate quality standards, adhere to maintenance work order executions, preventive maintenance compliance, timely delivery, facility resource management and inventory control.
• Ensure that service providers carry out works with the necessary risk assessments and safety work procedures in place to manage works and project risks.
• Obtain stakeholders’ requirements to plan and review space programme for the development of campus, buildings and facilities to support University's academic, administrative and student activities.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• MOM registered WSH Officer and qualified Fire Safety Manager.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience as a WSHO and FSM, preferably in the tertiary education environment with recognised Degree / Diploma, preferably occupational safety and/or environmental health or related fields.
• Familiar with local regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health, and all other aspects of safety.
• Possess ISO and OHSAS knowledge and implementation. Certificates in QEHS Internal Auditing (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, OHSAS 18001) will be significantly favoured.
• Proven track record in managing functions such as policy, planning and project management.
• Self-driven, resourceful team player with good analytical, communication, writing and interpersonal and change management skills.

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager assists the Senior Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead the Food and Beverage operations, by ensuring and maintaining the strategic and tactical positioning as a world class operation. What you'll do:

As an Investment Operations Analyst, you will be expected to demonstrate your understanding of various financial markets including foreign exchange, commodities, equities, and fixed income. The candidate is expected to provide support to Fund Operations Team, that includes client services, and facilitate the projects related to operation efficiency optimization and expansion of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily operations of the Fund Operations team and assisting in projects led by COO office.

Fund Accounting

• Ensure accounting books and records for assigned funds, financial reports and other reports are well maintained, accurate and complete on a timely manner

Additional Requirements

• Specialise Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration; Banking & Finance or Accounting
• 4-10 years of experience in regulated financial services company
• Familiar with Singapore Financial Accounting Standards (SFRS) Income Tax Act
• Familiar with MAS AML/KYC policies and procedures
• Familiar with onboarding procedures for Accredited Investors (AI)
• CFA, ACCA or CPA is a plus point
• Good knowledge of offshore vehicles, or overseas fund structure is a plus point
• Ability to communicate in Chinese, Thai, Bahasa or Korean will be a plus point
• Required to travel to support Business Development and Commercial department

Role: Operations (Day) – FICC Ops

The selected candidate will be integrated into the Operations team at Dymon Asia, where they will engage in a variety of critical day-to-day tasks that are fundamental to the smooth operation of the fund, particularly within the Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange asset classes. Responsibilities

• Managing the entire spectrum of trade lifecycle events within FX and Fixed Income products encompassing confirmations, settlements, and various portfolio position activities like corporate actions, maturities, expiries, and fixings.
• Conducting reconciliations of trade and positional data across internal systems, broker statements, and the fund administrator's system.
• Producing reports for internal stakeholders, including the Front Office and Management.
• Providing prompt responses and resolutions to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience, Requirements & Skills

• Business or Finance degree preferred.
• Good knowledge in FX, Fixed Income, OTC derivatives, and other financial products.
