The Job

The primary focus of this position is to lead and manage the MRO operations (Pt 145), within the LSI Aerospace division. This position will provide key leadership and accountability for MRO operations and the overall performance of each employee of the department. Responsibilities

1. Work effectively with Operations and Maintenance staff from the Lines as well as other engineering departments to investigate defects. To develop methods, propose modifications and improve maintenance strategies to rectify them.

3. Draft technical work instructions for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

4. Identify and implement cost-effective technologies to enhance the RTS Signaling, Communication & Control System performance.

5. Support LTA and RTSO projects in reviewing project design specifications and ensure their adequacy for the safety, reliability, maintainability and operability. To provide

other engineering support to the projects, as required.
