Studio and Gym Operations Intern
At As We Move (AWM)—and our soon-to-be-launched The Ninja Lab (TNL)—we’re redefining what it means to move. More than just a studio or gym, we’re a space for exploration, connection, and growth. We’re looking for a Studio and Gym Operations Intern to help us keep things running smoothly and ensure every member has a positive and enriching experience. If you’re proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about wellness, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing?
• Daily Operations: Support the day-to-day running of the studio and gym, including opening/closing procedures, class preparation, and equipment maintenance.
• Member Support: Welcome members and guests, assist with bookings or inquiries, and ensure a friendly and supportive environment.
• Space Maintenance: Keep the gym and studio clean, organized, and ready for use at all times.
• Event Support: Help plan and execute workshops, fitness-related events, and community gatherings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to enhance operations and create exceptional member experiences.
