This role is responsible for managing a small team of professionals for the business operations aspect of the alliance. Working internally and across with our alliance partner on forecasting and planning, business results and reporting, and joint programs that drive success. Responsibilities

· Leads critically important, time-sensitive efforts to identify new business strategies and opportunities (e.g., new business models, growth initiatives, cost reduction strategies).

· Partners with executives in creating strategic initiatives and securing budgets for plans and projects on a wide range of strategic issues, including risk management and implementation tactics.

· Influences and coaches executives by presenting compelling analysis and recommendations that build the business case for new strategic initiatives.

· Provides innovative thought leadership and makes significant contributions to organizational strategic planning knowledge base.

Education & Experience Recommended

· Four-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. MBA preferred.

· Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in operations, strategic finance, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for liaising and meeting with customers for road construction and resurfacing projects
• Assist with planning, executing, and monitoring road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing project progress
• Assist Operations Manager in all road and airfield runway construction projects including resurfacing operations-related matters, manpower, equipment, safety, and site surveys

In addition to these types of promotional activities, able to develop larger business opportunities, such as group sales, offsite catering, a proprietary, private-label sauce, delivery service and corporate events.

Requirements

1. Educational Background
