Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations Development:

· Partner with COO to design, implement, and optimize fund operations infrastructure

· Lead vendor selection, onboarding, and relationship management for critical service providers

· Develop and maintain operational workflows compliant with SFC requirements

· Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and technology stack

Fund Operations Management:

· Oversee complete trade lifecycle management from execution to settlement

· Manage daily NAV calculation process and coordinate with fund administrator

· Lead reconciliation processes across multiple venues (exchanges, custodians, brokers)

· Implement and monitor the fund’s operation, portfolio compliance, and risk metrics
