• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department, leading a team of 10 staff members.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient handling of both air and sea shipments on a daily basis.
• Proactively address and resolve operational challenges, ensuring timely solutions to any issues that arise.
• Enforce and maintain proper discipline and adherence to company policies within the operations department

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations (Freight Forwarding, Air or Sea)
• Experience in managing a team
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Possesses supervisory and leadership skills
