Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics software solutions, and automation.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Lead Generation & Networking: Generate leads through industry networking, conferences, and partnerships, targeting large enterprises and logistics companies in need of software-driven solutions.
• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities within the logistics software markets.
• Sales Presentations & Proposals: Lead the development of compelling sales proposals and presentations, tailored to customer needs, demonstrating the value of our software.

Operations Management:

• Supply Chain Coordination: Work with logistics teams to ensure the efficient movement of goods across the supply chain, from warehousing and inventory management to transportation and delivery.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, logistics partners, and service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development and/or operations management, preferably within the software, transport logistics, or supply chain sectors.
