Job Summary

The main function of this job is to generate maximum output of quality products through effective use of assigned resources and assets. To achieve this goal, this position has:

• technical skills in optimizing / maximizing production, yield and product quality

Operation and performance

• Achieve line and batch efficiency and output requirements as targeted by superior / management.

Improvement projects

JOB DESCRIPTION – IT Senior Systems Operations Engineer

You will be part of the Managed Services team. Your responsibilities include technical administration, maintenance and troubleshooting. You are expected to work with our client to ensure IT Support Services are delivered based on agreed service level definition, much to the satisfaction of both customers & company. Managing customer’s expectation is part of your job scope, which required of you to work closely with external & internal project team members. Additionally, you will mentor a team of systems operations engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. You are expected to be a fast learner, to acquire technical implementation skill as and when needed due to business requirements. IT Ops (60%)

• Provide IT onsite/remote support to all users when necessary. Liaise with vendors for support.

• Assist in the procurement and issuance of IT equipment / software / licenses.
• Maintain routine housekeeping and asset inventory of all IT equipment, software, and other applications.
• Assist to maintain IT-related documents, including IT maintenance contracts and the organisation’s IT policies and procedures.
• Participate and support the organisation’s digitalization and cybersecurity projects.
• Provide induction for new joiners on IT related matters.

Facility Ops (40%)

• Monitor service request and progress through Power App raised by centres.
• Assist Facility Manager in maintaining Lease, and FM related contracts management.

Requirements

BRANDING OPERATIONS & STAKEHOLDER LIAISON

MetaSport is a leading sport management company in Asia staging some of the most prestigious triathlon and running events in Singapore, among which are MetaSprint Series Singapore, POSB Passion Run for Kids, and SGX Cares Bull Charge Charity Run. THE ROLE

In April 2025 MetaSport is delivering the Singapore T100 event in partnership with the Professional Triathletes Association. This world-class event will be held at Marina Bay, and televised worldwide.

The role has two major responsibilities:

1. Branding Operations

• Own and manage the branding pack for Singapore T100.
• Liaise internally with the MetaSport & PTO teams, and with government agencies, for artwork, approvals and changes.
• Liaise with the contractor to coordinate approval of proofs and to coordinate production.
• Liaise with the Managing Director regarding branding budget and ensure we stay within agreed planned expenditure.
• Receive branding at venue and inventorise all items, comparing with branding pack
• Ensure branding is placed in the venue according to the approved signage plan.

2. Stakeholder Liaison

• Book out of home (OOH) advertising space, order OOH branding, do on-site checks and recces.
• Reach out and liaise with 2nd/3rd tier road and water stakeholders.
• Edit plans & documents and share with stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with key stakeholders, and assist with the admin and follow-up for all stakeholders (in conjunction with heads of department).
