Job Scope

· Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment inquiries, order status, and

delivery timelines.

· Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a professional and timely manner.

· Monitor and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including order entry, tracking, invoicing

and confirmation.

· Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and within the expected timeline.

· Work closely with warehouse, transportation, and 3PL to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

· Communicate with carriers and freight providers to resolve any issues related to shipments, such as delays

or damages.

· Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance papers when required.

· Generate regular reports on delivery performance, customer feedback, and operations efficiency.

· Identify potential bottleneck in the supply chain and propose corrective actions.

· Escalate critical issues to appropriate departments or management when necessary.

· Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and logistics processes.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and customer service.

General information

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for executing Service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines.

Reporting to Service Manager, you will be delivering quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB.

Your background

• Diploma, ITC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics engineering with at least 3 years hands on repair and service experience on electrical equipment.
• Experience on LV & MV VFD will be an advantage
• Strong electrical or electronics engineering fundamental knowledge. Knowledge on theory, structure, application, testing methodology and component fault diagnosis/analysis will be added advantage.

Job Overview

The Service Delivery Lead leads and supports programs and projects using different frameworks such as Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall. They organize and facilitate meetings and events, gather business requirements from stakeholders, and prioritize change requests and bugs to optimize business value. They also remove any impediments for the project team, manage the risk plan and client expectations, and motivate the team to deliver the service according to schedule and quality.

The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire service delivery life cycle from start to finish, including design, resource allocation, and software development. They also support the execution of test plans and bug fixes and work with different parties within the client organization to accelerate service delivery progress. They also key player in team development and responsible for holding teams accountable for their commitments and maintaining a good relationship with clients, users, and stakeholders. Additionally, they also work with the finance department on COC sign-off and payment milestones.
