Your key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating closely with the customer service department on job arrangements.
• Planning and prioritizing daily activities efficiently including Deployment of operational staff and heavy vehicle fleet. Overseeing the submission of name lists and other documents for pre-job clearance. Coordinating with trailer and crane subcontractors, when necessary.
• Ensuring job requirements are properly arranged and clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitoring job completion to ensure tasks are completed on time and up to service standards.
• Monitor drivers’ movement using the GPS Tracking System.
• Managing job documentation including Delivery Orders (DO) and job-related safety documents.
• Coordinating with the warehouse for all incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Arranging drivers for purchasing or collecting materials and equipment.
• Collaborating with other controllers for efficient job coordination.Assigning manpower to rectify safety findings as required.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, or an equivalent field.

• Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients.
