• Generate new sales opportunities by proactively referring client with banking needs to respective Sales Staff for cross-selling & upselling, (except insurance and investment)
• To activate, educate & direct clients to utilise digital/self service terminal (SST) channels

Compliance / Operational Risk

• Dual Control to be observed at all times
• To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Line Manager & Transaction Monitoring Unit.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities, including controls relating to Guidelines on Fair Dealing and Treating Clients Fairly outcomes

The Service Project Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of technology projects within the organization, specifically focusing on areas like BMC Control-M (will be a plus) , AWS cloud services, Windows and VMS operating systems, and security implementations. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, project management methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Initiation:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Identify and document project risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Secure necessary approvals and resources for project execution.
  • Establish clear communication channels and reporting mechanisms.
• Project Execution & Control:
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to the plan.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
  • Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Closure:
  • Formalize project completion, including documentation and sign-off.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Transition project deliverables to operational teams.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Technical Expertise:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and Day 2 Services Delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PMP)
• Experience AWS cloud services, Windows, VMS operating systems, and security technologies. BMC Control M experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
