1.Vendor management

• Assist Application Support Manager in all aspect of AMS.
• Work closely with vendor and various teams across organisation to onboard the vendor.
• Work with vendors based on contractual obligations to ensure SLA are met, resolve issues in a timely manner to minimise downtime and disruption to the business.
• Review vendors deliverables including classification of Change requests, Service requests, incident reports, monthly resource utilization reports, etc.
• Ensure monthly reports are submitted by vendors on timely manner and review their performances, prepare monthly service reports to the management.
• Ensure vendors adhere to processes and perform incident, release and change management.

2.End User Management

• Work with applications users by answering their enquiries, understand the business requirements and prioritize issue and change requests.

3.Contract management

• Monitor and track AMS contracts to ensure that applications are maintained and supported without any disruption.

4.Support procedure and standardisation

• Work with Application Support Manager to execute the support procedure and standardisation.
• Perform checks and compliances to Organization's Standard Operating Procedures related to maintenance scope.

5.Project Management

• Manage and work with vendor or inhouse team to deliver change requests and enhancements to application in timely manners.

Business as Usual (BAU) Scope

• Drives continued cost reductions and efficiencies across the portfolios supported by means of Root Cause Analysis reviews, Knowledge management, Performance tuning, and user training.
• Understanding of business processes across applications and perform periodic review on knowledge based to ensure essential details are captured by AMS.
• Providing essential support to applications which are not under the management of AMS.
• Participate in DR exercises at organisational level.

Job Requirements

• Degree in computer science, computer engineering or information technology
• Good understanding of ITIL methodologies related to AMS such as incidents, problems and change management. ITIL certification would be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in application maintenance and support, and vendor management
• Minimum 2 years of project management.
• Good communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their requirements and resolve issues.

JOB PURPOSE

The Regional Service Engineering Manager leads, guides and manages the Service Engineering Teams to ensure that the Company’s products being used by customers are properly configured and commissioned and can be used safely. To do that, the Service Engineers have to competently check, maintain and support the engineering and technical aspects of the products and troubleshoot and rectify any faults and problems that customers encounter.

CRITICAL WORK FUNCTIONS & KEY TASKS

1. Commissioning, Maintenance and Service Assignments
2. Lead, guide and oversee the Service Engineers in various countries to provide engineering (mainly electrical and mechanical) and technical support services to customers for commissioning, preventive maintenance and corrective services. The purpose is to ensure that the equipment/machine are properly installed and can be safely operated.
3. As the Manager for the Singapore team, allocate work and manage the Service Engineers in Singapore.
4. Advise and address cases escalated by team members, which is usually done remotely through emails, messaging and telecommunications on a 24 x 7 basis.
5. Provide engineering support and service for certain products personally.
6. Review or prepare quotations to tender for service contracts for preventive maintenance and repairs. Decide on terms and pricings.

2 Products, Stock & Knowledge Management

1. Deal with manufacturers on technical issues and spare parts.
2. Plan and ensure that stock level of spare parts is optimally kept.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the SEO Philippines team, enforcing on crisis response within the Asia Pacific region while specifically representing the Philippines market.
• Work as part of an On-call Operational structure to enforce on critical content within SEO Markets with a higher focus on Philippines.
• Use a combination of language and market geopolitical knowledge, deep understanding of cultural, language nuances and minority communities, to capture signals and insights to enforce and solve for complex risk and operational issues within the region.

• Support enforcement efforts on agnostic content that originates from multiple sources globally, where language expertise is not required.
• Support enforcement efforts identifying integrity risks to our local and regional advertising business and enforce on these risks.
• Support region wide programs of work supporting peak season buying initiatives, protecting advertisers, businesses and removing friction in the ad delivery process.
• Analyze key metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our processes and tools. Build subject matter expertise around abuse areas prevalent in the region and work with the team on enforcement efforts to manage and control impact.
• Investigate emerging risk across the region and influence cross functional resolution. Provide input and support on policy recommendations using geopolitical as well as operational understanding with XFN partners.
• Liaise closely with our Meta vendor teams to ensure all operational KPIs meet and exceed targets and work collaboratively to improve processes and tools and scale solutions.
• Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates and our Community Standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Tagalog is essential as this role will involve working on issues in the local language as well as dealing with external clients in that market. Any other dialect proficiency such as Cebuano is a plus.
