Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with government agencies on delivery matters
• Organize daily delivery schedules for in-house drivers
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and IT departments on after-sales issues
• Maintain asset inventory and data records accurately
• Coordinate client relocations and arrange transportation with the in-house driver team
• Schedule IT engineers for on-site cryptographic erasure and verification, followed by equipment collection from agencies
• Prepare and submit monthly reports for each tender
• Send reminder emails to agencies 3, 2, and 1 month prior to the lease expiry to facilitate equipment returns before the end-of-lease date
• Assist with any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager
• Manage incoming calls and email inquiries from corporate customers

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field

Job Description:

- Provide operational and administrative support to the end-users via phone calls and emails.

- Receive cases, analyse the background and follow up actions required.

- Communicate with callers where required, and with internal stakeholders for necessary actions.

- Correspond with various department to retrieve data and inputs necessary for case resolution or submission. Ensure that responses adhere to process flows.

- Conduct investigation on process gaps to determine root cause and provide advice for rectifications. Liaise with business process owners, ground users and system technical teams to rectify or improve process gaps.

- Support, conduct audit and track submission of reports.

- Provide clear and concise advice and responses to the queries raised via phone call and/or email.

- Carry out administrative tasks to ensure processes are complete.
