The Corporate Sales Executive/Executive, Operations & Sales, Private Leasing will be responsible to support the daily sales operations for our SPRAC. This position will be working closely with the StridesMSvcs/ Operations & Maintenance/ Fleet Management.

Responsibilities

1. Key Performance Indicators

• Secure new corporate & personal accounts for long term leasing, monthly rental, and transient basis.
• Attend to enquiries and follow-up with potential sales leads through cold calling and telemarketing.
• Meet monthly sales target and vehicle hired-out rate to achieve KPI.
• Prepare quotations and arrange for car viewing sessions with prospects.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Keep a stock-book and breakage record to indicate necessary item replacement.
• Prepare an inventory stock-list annually for the annual stock-take exercise.

Operations Support Duties

• To assist in cleaning special rooms and cabinets/cupboards and shelves and instruments/equipment or apparatus as deployed by the Operations Manager
• To help with emergency duties in the movement of resources, tables and chairs and simple logistics as required by the Operations Manager.

We are a brand-new indoor sports simulator venue. We are looking for energetic full-time or part-time customer experience assistants with a great personality who will be the first step of an exceptional experience for our customers from the moment they walk through our front doors. Your duties include:

• Helping customers with purchases, orders, advice, complaints, and information
• Handling customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and online
• Generating sales and issuing receipts
• Set up simulators for customers' experience
• Coordinate sports activities and events

You should enjoy communicating with people and be comfortable using digital technologies to enable customer experience. If you are interested, send in your resume to start this amazing experience with us. Having knowledge or a background in golf would definitely be an advantage.

• Handle mailbox survey submissions, feedback, and requests from survey respondents within stipulated turnaround time.
• Ensure consistent and detail cases notes updated in system after each liaison with respondents.
• Responsible for inter-department liaison for correct assignment of respondents to the parties responsible.
• Ensure prompt follow-up for survey cases under pending status.
• Provides accurate daily report on mailboxes activities for the day to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring all potential/actual complains are acted upon within stipulate timeline.

Requirements:

• Singaporean
• At least Diploma or above
• At least 2 years of relevant customer service and emailing experience
