Amazon is seeking an experienced PM to support fast paced launch and expansion of new business operations across the globe. The PM will be an expert in at Supply Chain systems and technology and an experience project coordinator that assists with driving business decisions in a fast paced and often ambiguous work environment and interfacing with various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization. This individual will coordinate the stakeholders required to launch new business operations. This will require defining and scoping program requirements and critical path, ensuring the safety of our employees, understanding intricate inter-dependencies within the program, and driving and coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to launch on time and on budget, as well as driving standardization and consistency within our network, in order to continuously raise the bar of our marketplace launches. You will be part of a high functioning team with ultimate responsibility for the launch of multiple, complex, high capital projects. Key job responsibilities

• Planning, driving and coordinating the execution of all operational functions for successful launch
• E2E network design and supply chain system launches, including overseeing prioritization efforts and P0/P1 requirements
• Managing cross-functional teams from project scoping to customer-facing launch, often operating in ambiguous environments
• Able to juggle multiple programs with competing deadlines while maintaining customer focus
• Providing detailed, data-driven insight to identify and prioritize opportunities and to shape our program and operational decisions, as well as foresee risks, “join the dots” and drive to resolution
• Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses, with excellent communication skills
• Takes ownership and accountability for programs, while maintaining the ability to ask for help, and escalate issues and problems as necessary to keep programs on track
• Designing program mechanisms to reduce bottlenecks, improve communication, identify risks, and gather feedback from a wide range of worldwide stakeholders

• Up to 50% travelling across the region

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Experience in supply chain systems, tools and network design

Preferred qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The Operations Manager should oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include resource optimization, financial oversight, compliance with regulations and policies, problem-solving, and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a background in operations management and customer service.

1. Overall Operations Management and Staff Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing a team of staff members, scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support as needed.

2. Customer Service and Communication: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times, address customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, and facilitate communication and coordination between different departments or teams within the company to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.

3. Resource Management and Basic Financial Oversight: Manage resources such as inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness, assist with basic financial tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control within assigned areas of responsibility.

8) Resolving of feedback or complaints from clients and taking immediate preventive measures to ensure that similar problem does not recur

9) Recruiting and interviewing applicants and conducting effective 2-way dialogue performance review

10) Ensuring that all related Workplace Safety & Health requirements are met and that monthly updates on Toolbox Meeting Records, Staff Induction Records and any other requirements as stipulated by the Safety Compliance Committee are submitted accordingly.
