Job Description:

• Monitor the maintenance of the office premises, assess maintenance requirements/requests, decide appropriate actions, source suppliers/ service providers as required standards and maintain administration documentation
• Purchase and oversee the supplies of stationery and welfare for the office
• Assist with organising the logistics related to meetings/team events (e.g. venue bookings, refreshments etc.)
• Liaise with apartment landlords on quarterly servicing of air conditioners etc

• Assist to check on internal and external social media posting if have been scheduled accordingly
• Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project

• Review budget spending with account managers to get client approval
• Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
• Maintain job files
• Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed for their job
• Troubleshoot any potential issues and fix them in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least NITEC in Business Administration or equivalent

• Assisting with timely execution of event branding and program plans.
• Supervising on-site setup and tear-down activities with suppliers to maintain branding and commercial elements.

4. Corporate Website & Social Media Maintenance

• Maintain and update the corporate website with current information, ensuring alignment with digital strategies and brand guidelines.
• Develop a consistent schedule for social media posts, website updates, and ensure brand voice is consistently applied across all digital touchpoints.

5. Design & Creative Support

• Perform basic design adaptations for digital and print materials as needed, ensuring brand consistency.
• Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to modify existing templates or create simple graphic assets for marketing use.

6. Additional Support:

• Handling ad hoc duties as required to support the event’s commercial and branding objectives.

Requirements

1. Technical Skills

• Good understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms
• Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress.
• Basic design skills with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, and presentations.
