The Senior HR Operations Specialist will report to the Head of HR and be an integral member of the HR Team to effectively support the manufacturing site in day to day HR operational matters. Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

Strategy

• Support the implementation of the vision, strategy, direction and leadership for the CPBB COB CDD team, consistent with the vision and strategy for CPBB COB and in support of the Group’s strategic direction and growth aspirations.

• Provide CDD advisory in client level to business in relations to AML/CTF matters.
• Support relevant stakeholders to make decisions based on current and possible future policies, practices, and trends.
• Assist Line Manager to keep track of and provide advice to relevant stakeholders on the interpretation and application of policies related to CDD

Risk Management

• Undertake enhanced due diligence on new and existing medium/higher risk

• Timely review of customer’s profile and related risk
• Make recommendations to relevant stakeholders on possible risk management responses to identified risks and/ or findings of concern from investigations- at client and portfolio level

• For Audit (Internal & external), manage checks, queries and any other information requested by auditors.

Job Scope:

1. Programme Delivery

• Administer training programmes, including publicising programmes, monitoring and managing course enrolments, coordinating logistical/ administrative requirements, and attending to programme enquiries.

JOB SUMMARY

The Analyst Brand Operations will be an integral part of the brand management team, supporting the day-to-day management of the central Brand Centre portal including the DAM (Digital Asset Management). Brand Centre/ Digital Asset Management

• Day-to-day lifecycle management of digital assets on Brand Centre to ensure the platform delivers on business objectives and is fit for purpose.

• Collaborate with core technology teams to get right-level support for the platform:

Job Description:

The Warehouse staff in a GDP and GMP secondary assembly area shall work closely with the warehouse team to maintain proper storage conditions, handle products safely, and adhere to GDP and GMP requirements to ensure product quality and integrity. The key responsibilities shall include below:

• Receipt of Products: Receive incoming products and verify the accuracy of shipments against customer pre-alert and provided details. Inspect incoming products for damage, contamination, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Ensure that all received products are properly labelled, tagged, and stored in designated areas.

• Storage and Handling: Store products in accordance with labelling specifications, ensuring proper temperature control and segregation of materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of products.

• Pick and pack for Outbound processing including Pick and pack products in accordance to customer instructions.

• Secondary Assembly: Perform secondary assembly operations on pharmaceutical products based on customer requirement.

• Inventory Management: Work with the warehouse team and perform regular inventory counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.

• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor warehouse operations and report any non-compliance. Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed to address non-compliance issues and improve warehouse processes. Participate in execution of quality management system such as change control, risk assessment, CAPA handling and other elements of QMS as may be assigned.
