You will work closely with the Operations Manager and/ Admin ICT Manager in MOE Secondary School (nearest MRT- Boonlay / Pioneer) in the day-to-day activities.

1.Supervise students at the GEAR-Up Room.

2.Ensure that students tidy-up the GEAR-Up Room and canteen area before they leave

3.Ensure that all equipment is cleaned, switched off (if applicable) and put back at their allocated location after use.

4.Work with TIC to organize or conduct structured activities at the GEAR-Up Room.

5.Supervice and ensure safety of students in the GYM room.

6.Clean the gym room and the sports hub.

7.Carry out administrative roles (such as receiving and inspecting goods and/or services, compilation of delivery orders) to assist the Operations Manager;

8.Any other operational support services duties as assigned by the Authority.

9.Anyother duties as assigned by School Leaders.
