Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for liaising and meeting with customers for road construction and resurfacing projects
• Assist with planning, executing, and monitoring road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing project progress
• Assist Operations Manager in all road and airfield runway construction projects including resurfacing operations-related matters, manpower, equipment, safety, and site surveys
• Attend meetings with customers and clients
• Decision-making for equipment and team allocation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification
• Has experience with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Strategic Planning Policy Group (SPPG), or Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA)
• Prior experience with road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing is required
• Proficient in MS Office
• A class 3 driving license is required

· ACCEPTS PAYMENT AND MAKES CHANGE.

· SUPERVISES PERSONNEL ENGAGED IN POLISHING AND WASHING AUTOMOBILES OR PARTS OF VEHICLES NOT WASHED BY AUTOMATIC MECHANISM.

· INSPECTS EQUIPMENT FOR WEAR AND ARRANGES FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS NECESSARY.

· RESOLVES CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.

· KEEPS RECORDS OF DAILY RECEIPTS, EMPLOYEE TIME AND WAGE DATA, AND SUPPLIES USED.

· MAY PARTICIPATE IN WASHING, POLISHING, AND PERFORMANCE OF OTHER SERVICES DURING PEAK PERIODS

Responsibilities:

• As the company is licensed to deal in securities, collective investment schemes, the candidate should be able to perform end-to-end trade settlement, knowledge of corporate action of Equities, Mutual funds, Options.
• Check and verify all securities/trade transactions are completed, settlements instructions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review all trade matching reports and ensure all failed trades are promptly resolved.
• Ensure funding sufficiency for trade settlement.
• Processing of Settlement/Corporate action events in an accurate, timely manner and adhere to deadlines.
• Reconciliation trade/shares, corporate actions.
• Adhering to control procedures, identifying gaps, and ensuring controls are implemented to close those gaps.
• Interpret data and make necessary recommendations for the launch of new products/services and upgraded platforms.
• Adhering to control procedures, manage the escalation and seek to resolve all requests/inquiries/issues/errors, identify policy gaps and formulate policies to streamline processes.
• Participate in project initiatives and take up ad hoc tasks as required.
• This job will experience a rotation of roles within the Operations team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Equities or Derivatives in either retail or institutional.
• Trade support/settlement experience in either stockbroking firms, custodian/banks or clearinghouse.
• Possess knowledge and experience in ETF/Options/ Mutual funds.
• Understands the entire trade flow from front to back and the reconciliation process.
• Knowledge of payment and receipts skillsets.
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving skills and be able to multi-task well.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (verbal & written) is a must as communication with counterparts based in China is essential.
• Enjoys engaging in teamwork with a positive and constructive attitude.
• Proficient in MS office and Excel.
