JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Middle office function and smooth implementation process
• Ensure timely reporting e.g. Accounting, performance, annual rating or head office reports
• Write credit reports/credit analysis
• Perform analysis of investors for credit approval
• Ensure smooth loan operations
• Conduct compliance KYC/AML checks
• Write and improve Operations policies
• Work closely with other business stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
• Minimum 2 years of relevant loan operations experience in Banking industry

Job Descriptions

• Monitor and update vessels movements
• Manage post-fixture activities
• Data entry for vessel 's operation in IMO VIP system and excel file.
• Assist with day-to-day chartering activities including fixing of group period charted vessels
• Management of P/L and calculation of the interim port and demurrage for T/C
• Administer all CP’s concluded
• To respond to enquiries and follow up
• Maintaining a database of vessel positions,
• Preparing charter parties and other necessary fixture documentation, where required
• Liaise with vessel(s) for smooth operations and voyage optimization
• Ensure a good understand of market practice and charter party terms for managing the costs exposures.
• Maintain accurate record of Chartering activities.
• Responsible for the Fixture Notes preparation and circulation.
• Confirmation of the compatibility for loading/ discharging port.
• Loading & Discharging operations and stowage planning
• Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the team.
• Support the team for all vessel Operation and Shipping related matters.
• Purchase the bunker incl negotiation

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience as shipping operator in tanker vessels’ operations or similar capacity.
• Able to commence work in Jan 2025 / short notice
