Responsibilities

• Resolve day to day operational issues with the staff

As HR Operations Executive, you will provide specialized administrative support to employees and our clients. Responds to complex inquiries from employees. Administers and executes certain HR programs. Collects and analyzes data to support HR activities.

Provide general support on work pass (new application, renewal, cancellation, etc)

Manage the end-to-end payroll process

Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance

Manage on tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Participate and support HR/Payroll Projects

Handle staff enquiries on payroll matters

Good working knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential payroll information with discretion

Basic knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, and tax filings

Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Retail Operations Manager, in hopes of expanding their retail operation team. They are located in the Town area – easily accessible.

Duties of Retail Operations Manager:

• Lead and Manage Operations: Direct the team in developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain asset value across the portfolio.
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee programs to guarantee continuous service for utilities, air conditioning, fire protection, and security. Ensure staff are trained in fire and life safety systems and all maintenance programs are up-to-date.
• Asset Management: Review and implement annual Asset Plans for each property.
• Tenant Management: Handle lease agreements, manage tenant renovations, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of retail mall management experience
