• Manage service providers deployed at the estate and ensure they maintain appropriate quality standards, adhere to maintenance work order executions, preventive maintenance compliance, timely delivery, facility resource management and inventory control.
• Ensure that service providers carry out works with the necessary risk assessments and safety work procedures in place to manage works and project risks.
• Obtain stakeholders’ requirements to plan and review space programme for the development of campus, buildings and facilities to support the academic, administrative and student activities.

Job Requirements

• MOM registered WSH Officer and qualified Fire Safety Manager.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience as a WSHO and FSM, preferably in the tertiary education environment with recognised Degree / Diploma, preferably occupational safety and/or environmental health or related fields.
• Familiar with local regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health, and all other aspects of safety.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to customers’ orders and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Picking and packing of daily orders.
• Perform receiving, checking and relabelling and packing of products.

The ideal candidate for this position will support the operations team and will work with a number of functions in support of the venture capital business as well as from time-to-time support activities of the VCC and/or Fund Manager. These are overseeing corporate secretarial requirements, book and record keeping, assisting in the internal/external audit of the fund manager and funds, attending IC meetings, and overseeing preparation of investment minutes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, transaction processing, and accurate record maintenance.
• Fund operation activities for all funds i.e. corporate secretarial matters, capital calls, and distributions etc. especially in relation to the venture capital fund.
• Administration of portfolio entities in accordance with group policies and procedures.
