Responsibilities

Bar Operation and Beverage Production

• Ensure the bar counter and mise en place for operation, ensuring everything's set before hours commence.
• Create and maintain an innovative cocktail menu and beverage program aligned with the bar's concert.
• Present ideas to the Director of Food and Beverage.
• Conduct market research to enhance product offerings.
• Implement periodic and seasonal menu updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a similar bartending management role within a luxury environment, with experience in recognized bars.
• Excellent knowledge of all beverage products.
• Has a passion for Food & Beverage. Problem-solving skills, creative with an eye for detail, team-oriented management approach, and capability to build cross-departmental relationships. Must be well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will support the project management team and be the contact point to implement the Wealth Management (WM) back-office system in Singapore, coordinating system setup, testing, and integration across the different teams involved. Once the system is operational, you will manage daily settlement operations for WM products, including trade settlements, payment instructions, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the project management team in gathering system requirements from the relevant stakeholders, coordinating system implementation and conducting system testing.
• Assist in reviewing the system’s functionality with the Product, IT, Compliance and other teams involved.
• Prepare client data structure for integration, either by transforming the existing data or storing the relevant client data in a compatible format.

Requirements:

• Ability to speak/read Chinese to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients and review relevant documents in Chinese.
