The Retail Brand Experience (RBE) team are the curators of our in-store brand and product experiences. A day in the life:

RBE Manager, SEA markets will be responsible for planning and executing the retail product presentation and storytelling experience across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia to deliver consistent in-store / omni guest experience. This role will manage strategies for visual merchandising, instore marketing, campaigns, and new store openings, by partnering cross functionally with key audiences such as Merchandising, Retail Operations, Brand, Store Development, and Ecomm. Visual Merchandising & Styling

• Drive & localize RBE strategies including visual merchandising, styling, and storytelling based on global / regional strategies.

Qualifications:

About The Job

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Innovation Programmes, the position works with the various Programme Managers (PMs) in meeting the centre’s objectives to advance the development, proliferation, and adoption of proven innovative learning solutions. The appointee will be part of the team to conduct evaluation of grant proposals to ascertain their innovation value and eligibility for funding support. The appointee will develop and implement the innovation sandbox and go-to-market strategy for proven Minimum Marketable Product (MMP) learning solutions that could lead to their readiness and acceptability for wider adoption in the larger learning and development community. The appointee will be responsible for developing and sustaining a strong pipeline of contents for the innovation microsite as part of providing resources to support such wider adoption. • Order Processing function:
  • To process clients' orders.
  • To liaise between internal sales/project and clients.
• Purchasing function:
  • To make local and overseas purchases.
  • To source locally and overseas.
  • To negotiate with suppliers.
• Logistics function (only 5% of work):
  • To coordinate local deliveries.
  • To coordinate international shipping.
  • To liaise with store on incoming goods.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a senior purchasing position.
• Good organisation & communication skills.
• Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced, and result-driven environment
