JOB DESCRIPTION – IT Senior Systems Operations Engineer

You will be part of the Managed Services team. Your responsibilities include technical administration, maintenance and troubleshooting. You are expected to work with our client to ensure IT Support Services are delivered based on agreed service level definition, much to the satisfaction of both customers & company. Managing customer’s expectation is part of your job scope, which required of you to work closely with external & internal project team members. Additionally, you will mentor a team of systems operations engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. You are expected to be a fast learner, to acquire technical implementation skill as and when needed due to business requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain routine housekeeping and asset inventory of all IT equipment, software, and other applications.
• Assist to maintain IT-related documents, including IT maintenance contracts and the organisation’s IT policies and procedures.
• Participate and support the organisation’s digitalization and cybersecurity projects.
• Provide induction for new joiners on IT related matters.

Facility Ops (40%)

• Monitor service request and progress through Power App raised by centres.
• Assist Facility Manager in maintaining Lease, and FM related contracts management.
• Participate and support the organisation’s workplace safety and health projects.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.

The Singapore-based Exchange Operations team is responsible for Exchange Operations and Helpdesk services for the Exchange.

The Head of Exchange Operations will play a critical role in the growth and development of the Exchange as a member of the management team, reporting directly to the COO.

Responsibilities

1. Team Building and Strategy: Build and lead an operations team for the Exchange, including developing policies, strategies, and budgets.
   Establish standard operating procedures for Exchange Operations, Pricing, and Helpdesk activities.

Weeks 1-2:
- Be put through the customer journey
- Introduction to the different product lines and designs we offer
- Learn about the different types of fabrics, and the various fabric suppliers that we work with
- Learn about the nuances of fabric buying and our inventory tracking process
- Learn about various considerations in the order form preparation
- Review common mistakes that could be made during order form preparation

Weeks 3-4:
- Be introduced to our production partners, and learn their unique work flows
- Deep dive into the existing processes that we use to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Learn about our quality control framework so that you can conduct styles and measurements checks of all clothes, to ensure our standards are upheld

Weeks 5-6:
- Learning how to use the software to arrange international delivery
- Learning our basic customer success framework which will help prepare you to respond to customers’ order-related enquiries

Weeks 7-8:
- A review of what was taught to you from week 1 to 6 will be done, to see what areas you’d need more guidance with
- You will make a list of processes that require improvement, after which we will discuss and work on the more important processes
