Qualifications:

The Role

The Logistics Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing our regional logistic activities, including active roles in the operational excellence and inventory management of our renewable liquid products.

Role Summary

Inventory Management

• Liaise with bulk storage companies ensuring timely reporting and scheduling timely loading/unloading of our products.
• Active monitoring of our inventory and optimisation our inventory to be ready for trades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and optimise delivery schedules based on storage capacity and in time for customer delivery schedules.

Logistics Coordination

• Monitor sea or road transportation schedules, track shipment schedules, and resolve any logistical issues or delays.
• Continuous search for the most efficient transportation routes, modes, and carriers for cost savings

Operational Excellences

• Coordinate inspection services to ensure our product quality on specifications for loading and discharge operations.
• Collaborate with regional teammates to coordinate the efficient distribution process for trade documentations.
• Evaluation of demurrage exposure and negotiation with external stakeholders for mitigation.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and reduced environmental impact.

Management reporting

• Provide effective communications / presentations to departmental heads on our daily inventory and operational excellences.

The Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in logistic operations, vessel operations and demurrage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse teams.
• Experience in dealing with liquid commodities within the APAC region.

Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfilment

• Understand contractual terms and obligations in order to fulfil shipment requirements
• Manage shipments’ requirements such as port declaration, shipping instructions, insurance application, checking of shipping documents etc.
• Ensure shipping documents are prepared as per customers’ requirements
• Generate invoices to customers for payments
• Prepare LC draft and liaise with banks for LC issuance
• Prepare and ensure shipping documents comply with LC requirements. Liaise with bank directly for LC negotiation
• Perform warehouse management activities such as receipts, release, stock reconciliation and warehouse billings accurately.
• Ensure all month end transactions are complete within stipulated timeline
• Monitor/track shipments and resolve issues when necessary

2. Coordination and Relationship Building

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Follow-up payments from customers promptly

EXPERIENCE

• 6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Relevant experience in dry bulk and/or container shipments preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to handle high volume transactions in fast pace environment
• Knowledge in UCP600 and experience to liaise with banks directly for LC negotiation
• Experience in handling dry bulk shipment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel such as pivot table/vlookup preferred

1. Event Operations:

It tackles care for the increasing number of patients suffering from chronic diseases, particularly diabetes, obesity and stroke. Job description

The scope of work shall comprise of but shall not be limited to:

Personnel Management (in collaboration with SEC's HR team and FHT management team)

• Prepare, check, coordinate and take responsibility of the hiring processes for FHT with SEC HR
• Manage personnel database and report generation
• Support FHT PIs and researchers on various administrative tasks (eg: contract extensions/changes, new hiring etc).
• Prepare documentation related to hiring, visits and contract extension of relevant stakeholders.

Other tasks

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose of the Job

As the HR Business Partner to Global Operations Director, he/she will drive HR strategies for Global Operations - aligning with business objectives, supporting organization growth, and enhancing operational effectiveness across the regions. As a key partner to the senior leadership team in Operations, he/she will lead HR programs focused on employee engagement, talent development, and operational performance, while promoting HR best practices and contributing to the broader business strategy. This role requires close collaboration with HR COEs (Center of Excellence) and Site HR Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnering:

• Partner Global Operations Director to provide focused, business-minded HR leadership to enable the success of Company’s Operations by translating business vision and strategy into executable people strategy.

• Align HR strategies with business objectives across global operations

• organizational design, and leadership development.

2. Talent Management
