Job Description

1. Handle the daily/periodic/adhoc control functions and reporting requirements related to compliance function not limited to AML/CFT, data protection, complaint and training matters.

2. Review client instruction to update non-financial related information or to request for additional services.

3. Assess/verify the on-boarding and on-going annual review of counterparties/service providers submitted by PB Product team to ensure that due diligence and risk assessment are performed in accordance to the framework.

4. Facilitate the review of 3rd party's contract/agreement with the bank's Legal department.

5. Facilitate internal training and external training arrangement with the bank's Human Resources Department.

6. Perform the on-boarding due diligence and on-going KYC review of PB clients in accordance to the framework.

7 Attend to requests or queries from PB front office, Legal and Compliance Department, Internal Auditors and External Auditors on business compliance related matters.

8.Maintain up to date PB procedures, forms and templates related to business compliance functions.

Job Requirements

1. 3-5 years relevant experience in AML/KYC compliance functions in Private banking or wealth management industry;

2. Familiar with local and international regulations related to compliance functions (e.g. MAS Notice 626, CRS, PDPA, PB Code of Conduct and MAS Guidelines on PB Controls)

3. Experience in review of counterparties and have knowledge of PB Investment Suitability framework is good to have.

About the Role

The BDR Strategy & Operations APJC Leader will support the APJC BDR department by working closely with the APJC Head of Business Development to develop and implement strategies to increase pipeline contribution at scale. This role will equip the team with actionable insights to enable key decisions on processes, programs and investments that will increase productivity and efficiency to drive increased pipeline contribution. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide BDR analytics, identify problem areas, and develop recommended solutions, focused on the APJC business with Global context.
• Support APJC BDR leadership for QBRs, Global Pipeline Reviews, All Hands and other related meetings and presentations.
• Spend time with BDRs to understand pain points and then collaboratively develop processes, drive enablement requirements and identify solutions to solve those pain points
• Effectively collaborate with Marketing Operations and Business Intelligence to optimize lead scoring and propensity models, MQL routing, account scoring and attribution models to drive the desired outcomes.

• Assist in the compensation process for APJC BDRs. Complete the crediting process in a timely manner to ensure APJC BDRs are paid out on time and accurately.
• Collaborate with BDR Program Manager to deliver BDR Outbound campaigns through the creation of outbound prospecting guides and resources. Ensure a smooth process with shared services for requesting, sourcing, loading and tagging account and contact information for BDRs to perform outbound prospecting.
