What will you be doing?

Purpose

The Singapore-based Exchange Operations team is responsible for Exchange Operations and Helpdesk services for the Exchange.

The Head of Exchange Operations will play a critical role in the growth and development of the Exchange as a member of the management team, reporting directly to the COO.

Responsibilities

1. Team Building and Strategy: Build and lead an operations team for the Exchange, including developing policies, strategies, and budgets.
   Establish standard operating procedures for Exchange Operations, Pricing, and Helpdesk activities.
