Job Description

Main Responsibilities

–Report to the Operations Manager

– Check the schedule on a regular basis for arrival times and changes in them

– Gather and transport all supplies needed for the set up of a function including but not limited, silver, china, linen, skirts, glassware, condiments etc.

– Set up buffet tables according to One Paradise and function requirements with a creative flair.

– Properly set all tables, side stations and the back of the house areas for functions according to service standards

– Report any incident to immediate superior and followed up with the events report

– Assist in the placement of any food items in a function room for a display or a buffet and the ability to serve from buffet line

– Serve, prepare the proper mise-en-place for any function

– Serve all food and beverage function according to the standards set forth by One Paradise

Job Description:

Primary Function

Organize and control day-to-day operations of the Laboratory in accordance with order requirements, client standard operating procedures, industry standards, and policy directives. To ensure accurate and timely completion of test results and no unnecessary delay occurs.

Job Purpose:

This is a 6 months contract role. The job purpose of the Junior Operations Analyst role is to provide support to the Head of Operations in the department daily operations. Undertake designated activities within the department to ensure service standards are achieved and risks managed.
