What you'll be doing

• Guide users in the design and planning of the hospital, coordinating discussions on medical equipment and facility maintenance during design, construction, and post-construction stages
• Lead planning and coordination for architectural, medical, interior design, and MEP requirements
• Ensure timely collection of project requirements, liaising with stakeholders (consultants, users, contractors) to meet project timelines
• Manage user requirements throughout design stages, securing approvals and maintaining accurate records
• Support budget planning to keep designs within time and approved budget constraints
• Work closely with project team members to administer the project in a structured manner, align processes with institutional policies, and coordinate and share information effectively

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Architectural/ Civil & Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Science/ Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management or related studies

8. Ensure accurate contract/offer before sending it to the customer. Gains commitment of customer through signed contract/offer. Once signed contract/offer is received, completes accurate, detailed turnover documentation for Event Management.
9. Stay current with latest trends and derive creative upsell initiatives.
10. Explore all avenues to sell hotel through alternative dates and/or rates. If no alternative is determined, refer requests to other Marriott Hotel(s).
11. To be a team player motivating peers and subordinates in support of department goals, in sales and operations. Maintain professional interdepartmental relations and participate in hotel team building activities.
12. Achieve individual assigned sales goal for achievement of total sales budget.
13. Abide by Marriott’s ethical business practices and adhere to hotel’s grooming standards, ownership, accountability and responsibility.
