Investigate & resolve breaks and potential issues related to the P&A Operating Workflow, by identify root cause, by engaging stakeholders (FactSet counterparts, HERA engineers and Data Providers e.g. Fund accountants and Middle Office service provider) and by working towards proper resolution
Escalate timely errors, processes gaps and other inaccuracies as needed
Liase & work closely with the key stakeholders for re-designing process flows and for maintenance of our FactSet Systems and our P&A Operating Workflow
Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage expectations
Answer & support query on fund and benchmark returns, asset returns or attribution results
Ensure all new procedures are documented and agreed
Identify and execute continuous process improvement and automation
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
5 years relevant experience in support & maintaining Performance or Attribution system, for performance analysis, investment risk analysis or similar role
Experience in using Factset Systems (preferably FactSet (SPAR/PA/Vault) system, B-One is a plus)
Implementation / System Migration experience of a Performance or Attribution system is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar field
Understanding of portfolio analysis including performance calculation methodologies and risk analytics
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable with complex formulas and financial instruments (eg: derivatives)
Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL queries
Good Python, C# and VBA skillset to support data transformation & workflow automation
CIPM or CFA is preferred (or working towards)

The Finance & Operations Senior Executive reports to the company founder and general manager (ex-eCommerce Architect at Razer and ex-Digital Marketing Manager at Unilever) and plays a key role in our financial management, accounting and classroom operations. The ideal candidate would be someone who is comfortable to work independently with accounting or finance qualification and experience with an interest to be exposed on the more strategic aspects of managing finances and accounts as an individual contributor. The executive will be involved in:
Developing and maintaining financial analysis and reporting activities for the company. Including financial modelling and budgetary controls. (30% of the time)

Specific Responsibilities (Finance Related)

Prepare finance reports and account reconciliation reports on a periodic basis.
Ensure maintenance of the general ledgers in SGD and MYR.
Prepare tax documents for timely filing of company tax in our Singapore & Malaysia entities with our corporate secretaries.
Manage account payable and receivable activities.
Support the annual financial audit processes through the preparation of standard reports as well as other custom reports as requested together with our corporate secretary.
Administer all payroll activities as well as oversee vendor payments etc via PayBoy, Stripe, Xero & PayPal.
Reconcile monthly general ledger balance, invoices and claims via our payroll software.
Assist management in contract administration for vendors, partner organisations, instructors and students.
Assist management in financial modelling and analysis for strategic planning.
Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.

Coordinate and manage end-to-end operations for training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and material preparation.
