Job Description:

• Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services
• Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
• Provide quality customer service to patients
• Assisting in all day-to-day administrative duties.
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
• Perform other ad-hoc departmental tasks/activities as assigned by the management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a small team of Service Engineers in the provision of comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for laboratory/ hospital infrastructures or research/ analytical equipment in the medical imaging industry;
• Provide technical consultation to customers;
• Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline;
• Prepare service reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance;
• Possess people management skills and technical experience in similar industry;
