About This Role:-

The Operations Analyst will build strong and collaborative relationships with internal business partners to support new members’ onboarding journey into AsiaNext, conduct onboarding screening check, schedule periodic customer due diligence review as well as trigger review on positive alert hit from daily AML sanction and database screening.

The successful candidate is also expected to provide operational, client servicing and account management support to member’s queries relating to their trades or transactions on AsiaNext platform.

In addition, the successful candidate is expected to execute onboarding and other operations tasks in line with documented standard operation procedure.

Responsibilites

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in banking, business or finance.

Experience and Skill

• 3 to 5 years of working experience in AML screening in the banks / securities firms / fund management industry, preferably for corporate or institutional clients.
• Familiar with regulatory AML compliance guideline and procedures in Singapore

The company is a capital markets services (CMS) licence holder under MAS. The ideal candidate for this position will support the operations team and will work with a number of functions in support of the venture capital business as well as from time-to-time support activities of the VCC and/or Fund Manager. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day Service Delivery Support. • The Service Delivery Manager will work closely with all operational areas of their assigned accounts/business • units, in particular with all Lines of Service. • Ensure Incident Management processes are followed effectively (ie SRT’s escalation and notification). • Process management and co-ordination for PIR’s and RCA’s for incidents affecting their respective customers, in conjunction with the Problem Management, ensuring the appropriate Business implement actions to prevent reoccurrences of the same issue. • Monitor and Manage Service delivery and Service Level Agreements ensuring that obligations are issues escalated and prioritized. • Coordinating Change Management activities as required. • Identify, implement and drive service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. • Forecast resource demand to ensure can plan and effectively deliver end-to-end services with minimum resource requirement.
