The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operational functions including HR, Finance, Procurement & Logistics, Office Administration, IT support and Corporate Compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Human Resources :

- Manage recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

- Maintain employee records, HR policies and compliance with Singapore labour law

- Coordinate training programs and performance appraisal processes

2. Finance :

- Accounts Receivables and Payables bookkeeping and processing activities

- Work with outsourced accounting and banking requirements

3. Procurement & Logistics :

- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement

- Manage relationship with vendors and track procurement activities

- Work with logistics receiving team

- Manage shipment process

4. Office Administration :

- Supervise daily office operations

- Manage office supplies, factilities and equipment

- Coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements

5. IT Support :

- Provide basic IT support for internal staff

- Collaborate with external IT vendors for system maintanance and issue resolution

- Ensure security and integrity of company IT infrastructure

6. Corporate Compliance & Special Projects

- Ensure compliance with authorities (MOM, NEA etc)

- Manage special projects and initiatives (CSR, ISO etc)

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Overseeing daily customer service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

· Training and providing support to less experienced team members.

· Enforce the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and implement process improvement system.

· Ensure efficient communication and escalation of cases across teams/departments/functional unit.

· Communicate regularly between Sales, Customers & factories to ensure timely preparation of sales quotations, processing of orders, invoicing and releasing of shipments.

· Review contracts, purchase orders, LCs, Terms and Conditions received from customer.

· Handle full LC negotiation process, activities include resolving discrepancy promptly to obtain payment from bank.

· Identify and respond to customers’ enquiries and provide recommendations to resolve problems including complaints.

· Manage back-orders and/or impact of supply interruptions on customer, providing timely updates and communications to customers by working together with internal and external stakeholders.

· Coordinate shipping efforts between various factories, logistics and third-party suppliers

· Ensure proper documentation and all order management processes are in accordance with corporate policies on revenue recognition, costing, and various import and export regulatory.

· Perform month closing activities, including AP/AR process and inventory stock take.

· Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.

· Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of operations.

· Ensure orders comply with local and international Export Control regulations.

· Perform any other duties assigned by superior.

· Provide support at sales-related marketing events.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years' working experience in similar role.

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Experience in handling and drafting letter of credit.

· Strong knowledge of customer service, trade incoterms and customs procedures.

· Strong leadership and adaptable to changes in a highly dynamic work environment.

· Strong communication skills and negotiation skills.

· Language proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate with key stakeholders.

· Prior experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ JDE system is a plus.

· ERP implementation experience is a plus.

· Singaporean is preferred.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a Service Executive you are an important member of the team. Working in this position means take orders, serving, cleaning, setting up tables as well as and collecting payment. Working as a SE requires excellent knowledge of food and beverage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Look after a section and ensure that your guests have an amazing B&L experience.

· Wipe down the benches

· Align the tables

· Polish and set up all the tables with napkins and cutlery

· Clean, refill and place salt and pepper on tables

· Ensure all the stations are supplied

· Ensure all condiments are stocked up and placed on tables and stations

· Refill the stations with glass cloths, sanitizer, napkins and wet wipes

· Refill dessert fridges and dessert toppings

· Ensure all the tills are restocked with till rolls and PDQ rolls

· Ensure bins are clean and empty

· Ensure orders are repeated to the costumers before processing them (food and drinks)

· Ensure orders are correctly communicated to the kitchen via ICG

· Ensure customers are aware of delays and waiting times

· Ensure important information is shared with the other members of the staff

· Set up customer tables with correct cutlery according to their food order

· Ensure food is served quickly and to the highest standard
