• Responsible for effective planning and scheduling of maintenance activities achieving minimum equipment maintenance downtime, capturing associated accurate and complete records and related documentation.
• Ensures maintenance documentation such as work orders, calibration records is updated and complete at all times.
• Supports start-up activities and handover of equipment and systems data from project to Operations team
• Responsible for all Security Clearance and pass for engineering
• To establish the pool of vendors that may support the projects, maintenance and turnaround activities
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
• Team player, independent and trong problem-solving skills
• Possess hands-on experience in a maintenance job will be an advantageous.
• Strong communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To install, troubleshoot, repair service and maintenance for Chamber, Oven, Chiller & Semiconductor Testing Equipment.
• Provide technical support in the field.
• Prepare onsite for service schedules within budgets.
• Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the after sales service.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments and customer updates.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
• Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications.

Job Specifications:

• Diploma holder in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum experience of 1-2 years in the Refrigeration Industry.
• Knowledge and experience in brazing will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimum supervision.

• Install company water purifiers on-site, including set up of parts, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting parts, checking, and replacing filters.
• Perform repair works as necessary.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year experience in plumbing or related technician work.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Customer oriented with positive work attitude.

Other Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
• Able to work 5.5 days a week.
