• Ensure guest room security, emergency and fire procedures; encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhere to policies & procedures for their use.

Customer Service is to manage the customer services activities within warehouse to meet customer needs.

• Communicate with team members and our customers via both email and phone calls

• Customer’s order and data processing on WMS (warehouse management system)

• Verify operational documents with billing summaries to be sent to customers

• Liaise with operation team members to arrange any inbound / outbound activities within a set time line

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as Customer Service Officer in a warehouse environment handling incoming and outgoing shipments via sea/air freight and local transportations

• Experience with Documentation such as checklists, temperature / RH reports

• Travel to customer locations (domestic and India) to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repairs
• Examine machines mechanically and perform repairs by dismantling machines and rebuilding mechanically
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers

Qualifications:

• Background of EE or Mechanical Engineering (training provided)
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems
