Job Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and execution of all operational processes to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires a meticulous and strategic individual who excels in organization, leadership, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team, seamstresses, and third-party vendors to ensure the timely delivery of beautifully altered gowns while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning, Scheduling, and Forecasting:

• Plan, schedule, analyze, and forecast all operational workloads, including seamstress schedules and workload allocation.
• Ensure timely alterations and delivery of gowns to meet client deadlines and exceed expectations.

2. Inventory Management:

• Organize and manage inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of gowns, accessories, and other stock items.
• Regularly review inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

3. Vendor and Logistics Management:

• Oversee and negotiate with third-party dry-cleaning vendors to maintain quality and cost efficiency.
• Establish and nurture relationships with service providers to ensure reliable partnerships.
• Oversee international shipping and logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.

4. Team Support and Collaboration:

• Provide operational support to the sales team, ensuring a seamless customer journey from fitting to delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operational objectives with company goals.

5. Performance Tracking:

• Implement trackable key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations team.
• Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvement.

6. Leadership and People Management:

• Lead, manage, and develop the operations team, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
• Provide training and mentorship to continuously improve the team’s skills and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Reporting to the Head of Technology, the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager will oversee the school's IT infrastructure, network services, and desktop support operations. The role involves managing IT operation teams, coordinating with vendors, and supporting strategies to improve technology integration and support services within the school.

Experience working in K-12 education settings or international schools. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS) (e.g. iSAMS). Familiarity with educational technology tools (e.g., Google Classroom, Managebac).

Responsibilities (Key areas of Responsibilities):

Infrastructure Management and Operations

• Design, implement, and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and wireless access points across multiple campuses.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of internet and systems required for online learning platforms.
• Manage storage solutions, backups, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and continuity.
• Ensure infrastructure security, including patch management, antivirus updates, and cybersecurity protocols.

Desktop and End-User Support

• Oversee desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile device management for students, teachers, and administrative staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, preferably in an education environment.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft, Google, and Apple ecosystems (e.g., Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, Apple MDM).
• Proficiency in managing Windows, MacOS, and ChromeOS devices.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chairman/CEO in controlling and evaluating all relevant financial budgets and forecasting through constant monitoring of the daily reports.
