1. Operational Leadership:
• Manage daily operations of multiple Sichuan cuisine outlets, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
• Develop and enforce operational processes and standards to maintain excellence.
2. Team and Talent Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise outlet managers and teams, promoting a culture of discipline and customer focus.
• Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and implement necessary improvement plans.
3. Quality Control:
• Ensure the authenticity and high standards of Sichuan cuisine across all outlets.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality regulations.
4. Financial Management:
• Manage budgets, control operating costs, and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
• Analyze financial reports and implement operational changes to achieve profitability targets.
5. Customer Relations and Market Insights:
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, particularly in the regional Sichuan cuisine industry.
6. Travel and Flexibility:
• Mandatory travel within and outside Singapore to oversee operations, attend client meetings, and explore growth opportunities.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in operations management in the F&B industry, with a strong focus on Sichuan or Chinese cuisine.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Sichuan cuisine and culinary operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is highly advantageous for liaising with suppliers and clients from China.
