Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development, implementation, and improvement of WSH/EHS programs.
• Attend safety-oriented meetings and compile safety reports as directed.
• Conduct regular inspections at client premises to ensure compliance with WSH/EHS regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise fire safety, emergency response, first aid, and business continuity activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any Engineering discipline/Building/Safety & Health/Environment related or any equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.
• Must be registered WSH Officer with MOM.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager and 3 years of working experience as appointed FSM.
• Good knowledge in emergency preparedness, mitigation and response
• Good team player and good in communication skills.

Position Purpose

End-to-End Equity Derivatives Automation is a project under the Resilience program that aims at standardizing the Equity Derivatives processing in China. The projects end objective is to achieve enhanced automation for Equity Derivative Trade Processing in China and extend the functionalities developed to other APAC locations to support added trading opportunities for the front office with a robust operational processing model and technical stack for the ITO. The project entails a transformation in the way the Equity Derivative trade processing is managed out of APAC from both a process and a systems standpoint. We are looking at an IT Business Analyst / Project manager who can help manage this transformation across facets like - Systems implementation (Design, Development and Testing), Stock Migration, RACI definition and Aftercare.

Responsibilities

· Transversal BA / PM for the Program with focus on gathering requirements and preparing high level functional specifications

· Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance.

· Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries

· Test management for the front to finance chainStakeholder management, running program governances, regular operational and working committees

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

· Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context.
