Job Description

• Facilitate sales and service processes with distributors across the APAC region; focusing on parts sales, tender , and maintaining customer relationships.
• Coordinate and prioritise timely deliveries, addressing delivery issues and collaborating with factories, suppliers, and forwarders.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including accurate receipt, processing, and preparation of shipping documents while optimising freight costs.
• Oversee warehouse inventory, perform quality checks, and handle manual logistics tasks such as loading, unloading, and stocking materials.
• Conduct audits, compliance checks, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

• About 3 years of B2B Aftersales and Logistics Operations experiences
• Comfortable with occasional calls/meetings with the US Headquarters to ensure smooth deliverables of processes shipment delivery etc
• Experience and background knowledge in Aftersales support/spare part sales in Heavy Equipment, Automotive, and Defence/Aerospace sectors is a plus

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join one of our Central teams focused on Tooling Excellence.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful projects that improve processes and tools, delivering measurable results for our operations and customers. In this role, you'll add to Wise mission by:

• Deliver Process and Tooling Improvements: Lead medium-sized projects from start to finish, including scoping problems, planning timelines, collaborating with teams, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies in current processes, propose solutions based on data and feedback, and design improvements to increase team efficiency.
• Use Data to Drive Decisions: Analyze performance metrics and trends to monitor project success, identify risks, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to implement new tools or enhance existing ones, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Support Stakeholders: Translate customer and team needs into actionable requirements, helping operational teams execute solutions that reduce manual work and improve the user experience.
• Manage Risks: Partner with risk teams to ensure compliance and mitigate potential challenges related to tools and processes.

• Mentor Team Members: Contribute to the development of peers and junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Product Sense: Strong understanding of user needs, with the ability to design and improve processes and tools that enhance the customer experience while meeting business objectives.
