The Marketing Manager in the Singapore team will lead and support campaigns and partnerships to grow Visa’s overall brand equity with consumers, such as cardholders and businesses. What a Marketing Manager does at Visa:
The person will be involved in building up the overall direction for marketing initiatives and be responsible for the day-to-day execution with cross functional teams, clients, vendors as well as partners.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Drive and support our clients’ (i.e. Banks, Fintechs, Merchants) payments marketing initiatives with Visa’s marketing advisory and solutions, working closely with the Accounts Leads to strategise and propose impactful and relevant marketing programs to drive business revenue for our clients, across both B2B and B2C programs.
- Lead day-to-day client engagements and management of Marketing Value Added Services (VAS) projects in close partnership with the respective Business Development and Account Leads. Oversee all administrative deliverables related to client marketing project management and VAS including but not limited to revenue tracking, marketing approvals, procurement processes, contract management and VIK process management in full compliance with Visa’s policy and process
- Day-to-day management and liaison with agencies, partners and internal stakeholders to implement and manage above initiatives as well as brand related marketing activities
- Work extensively with marketing teams in other markets as well as local country cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales teams, Products, Commercial Products) to ensure smooth launch and execution of marketing activations to support key business strategic initiatives
- Ensure timely executions and deliverables from agencies and vendors as well as proper documentation and paperwork across the whole project lifecycle.
- Open communication between partners and vendors to ensure that work is executed and implemented accurately.
