Job Summary

The Hospital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the critical operational functions of the hospital, including linen and laundry services, food services, bed management, claims management, and project management. • Record all complaints into logbook for management and all departments' attention or follow up.
• Respond to emergency calls, fire alarm, power failure, computer and medical attention and coordinate with respective departments and contacts.
• Be familiar with and ensure that all preparations for VIP and group arrivals and departures are well organized.
