We are looking for a Product Specialist to join one of our Central teams focused on Tooling Excellence.

In this role, you'll add to Wise mission by:
- Deliver Process and Tooling Improvements: Lead medium-sized projects from start to finish, including scoping problems, planning timelines, collaborating with teams, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies in current processes, propose solutions based on data and feedback, and design improvements to increase team efficiency.
- Use Data to Drive Decisions: Analyze performance metrics and trends to monitor project success, identify risks, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to implement new tools or enhance existing ones, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Support Stakeholders: Translate customer and team needs into actionable requirements, helping operational teams execute solutions that reduce manual work and improve the user experience.
- Manage Risks: Partner with risk teams to ensure compliance and mitigate potential challenges related to tools and processes.
- Communicate Effectively: Share updates, present results, and maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Mentor Team Members: Contribute to the development of peers and junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Product Sense: Strong understanding of user needs, with the ability to design and improve processes and tools that enhance the customer experience while meeting business objectives.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data tools to set KPIs, track progress, and measure outcomes.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills to influence, align, and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Process Design: Experience optimizing workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Ownership: Proactive in driving initiatives and taking accountability for results.
- Adaptability: Resilience in navigating change and adjusting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Team Collaboration: Experience mentoring or supporting team members to foster growth and knowledge sharing.

- You should have 3-5 years of relevant working experience
