Responsibilities:
· Attachment to store for learning opportunity
· Organize incoming stock into respective locations for store-in
· Verify quantities, condition of items before delivery
· Handling of product samples
· Handles incoming calls / faxes / e-mails or serve walk-in customers on enquiries or confirmed orders
· Liaises with customers and negotiates on prices
· Prepares the necessary paperwork, such as quotations, delivery orders
· Follows up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers’ payments
· Issues credit notes to customers if necessary
Requirements:
· GCE “N’ levels or equivalent
· Preferably with 1 - 2 years’ working experience in customer service or field sales
· Has initiative and a positive learning attitude
· Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
· Able to work independently as well as in a team
· Good communication skills & Possesses good problem solving skills
