Service Management

1. Ensure customers are onboarded accurately based on the service scope stipulated in the contracts.
2. Develop long-term service plans to enhance operational efficiency and maximize revenue potential.
3. Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
4. Analyze operational data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
5. Ensure daily updates from Field Technicians due to service change requests are reflected in work orders.
6. Collaborate with other departments for complaints, complex set ups, quoting, renewal, service consolidation and survey requirements.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
8. Attend Customer Meetings on operations matters as and when required (regular monthly meetings and ad hoc meetings)

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and experienced in using CRM Systems, such as Salesforce.
2. Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
3. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with minimal supervision.
4. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in operations (supervising drivers, technicians, etc.).
5. Diploma in business, logistics, or a relevant field experience.
6. Knowledge of pest control and/or facility management is advantageous.

Operational Oversight:

• Manage daily operations, monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence, and

ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, maintaining accurate inventory

management and optimizing space utilization.

• Drive enhancements in packing operations and order fulfilment to improve

efficiency and accuracy.

Procurement:

• Manage sourcing and procurement of materials to ensure timely, cost-

effective supply and meet inventory requirements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics

partners to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop the operations team to foster high morale, performance,

and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and

refine business processes.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing operational issues

promptly and incorporating feedback into improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the implementation and transformation of key banking projects to streamline business operations, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation across the bank.
• Establish and improve operation processes with cross-functional teams including IT applications
• Utilize business process engineering methodologies to analyze, redesign, streamline and optimize key processes within various teams including but not limited to KYC process, Operations, Risk management, Reporting, etc.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify process gaps, initiate projects, working closely with the relevant teams for implementation.
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate the bank’s adoption of new operations, technologies, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with the relevant teams to leverage technology solutions and automation tools to support process improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
• Coordinate any operational or technical issues post-implementation in collaboration with support teams
• Identify potential areas for digitization and automation to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive cost savings.
• Communicate project milestones, risks and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent update to assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
• Any ad-hoc reporting, coordination or implementation as required for bank’s operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in project management, business process engineering, and digital transformation within the banking or financial services industry.
• Background in consulting with a focus in banking operations is desirable
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation projects from initiation to implementation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities, analyze data, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Monitor and review operations on site are carried out in accordance with safety, health, environment and loss preventive policies, rules, regulations and according to company’s standards.

• Ensure operations employees are trained on SHE and regulatory training to perform their roles effectively.

• Ensure operational continuous process improvement.

• Provide leadership and manage people competencies and development

Requirements

• Atleast 5 years of experience in similar role and industry preferably terminal operations

• Good knowledge of operations, safety and product knowledge.

• Knowledge of safety, health and environment practices
