THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE ALSO:

1. Experience in Inspection and Troubleshooting:

minimum of 3 years of experience in inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing hydraulic systems, which is relevant to process industries that often utilize similar hydraulic machinery for operations.

2. Knowledge of PLC and Electro-Hydraulic Systems:

In-depth knowledge of PLC-controlled electro-hydraulic systems, as process industries frequently employ automation and control systems to enhance operational efficiency.

3. Reading Technical Diagrams:

The ability to read and comprehend electric and hydraulic diagrams, where understanding complex systems is essential for maintenance and troubleshooting.

4. Independent Problem Solving:

Stress the capability to independently troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems, which is vital in process industries where downtime can lead to significant losses.

5. Supervisory Skills:

Service Assurance Architect - In this new role, you will be managing the Day 1 Technical Services and Day 2 Managed Operations Service offer who is going to report to Delivery team. This function will serve as Check and Balance for any new pursuit between Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery.

You Will:

New Pursuit Evaluation:

• Early Involvement: Service Assurance participates in initial sales meetings and bid reviews to assess the feasibility and risks of new opportunities.

• Proactive Identification: Service Assurance architect proactively identifies potential risks across all stages of the service lifecycle, including technical, operational, financial, and reputations risks.

Sizing and Scoping:

• Resource Estimation: Service Assurance works with Delivery to accurately estimate the resources required to deliver the proposed solution, including personnel, technology, and time. He/she will also be based on Standard Service Catalogue and sizing calculator as a base to do the estimate. Any deviation of the costing will need to be signed off and any major deviation will need to be documented as risk.
• Scope Definition: They help define the scope of work, ensuring it is clearly documented and agreed upon with the client.
• Costing and Pricing: They provide input on costing and pricing models to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

• Performance Analysis: Analyse service delivery performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize processes and efforts sizing in the Standard Service catalogue.

You Bring:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are highly valuable, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), Cloud Certifications, CCIE-R&S, Security, Data Centre, Service Provider, Advance Design. etc.

Experience:

• Years of Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Architect, or IT service management
• Service Design and Delivery: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT services, with a focus on quality, reliability, and efficiency.
• Risk Management: Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with IT service delivery.
• SLA Management: Experience in defining, negotiating, and managing service level agreements (SLAs).
• Compliance and Governance: Experience in ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements.

Job Title: Service Delivery Executive

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for managing and supporting external vendor operation relations and performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform as functional bridge and coordinate all vendor management tasks amongst external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and review vendors performance to enhance customer experience. Example, daily meeting with vendors to review results and work on improvement plan.
• Create regular or ad-hoc reporting based on business requirements. Keep track of resolution, action plans and status update.
• Overall in charge of vendors daily operation and manage vendor relations.
• Review existing processes and work with process team and vendors to enhance processes for better customer experience.
• Identify and enhance efficiencies to improve on the operations and customer’s experience such as reporting and evaluation.
• Customer handling and perform service recovery when required.
• Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for vendors.
• Station onsite to help vendors in the event ad-hoc or urgent matter and point of contact for vendors.

Requirements

• Liaise with licensees operating at the driving range.
• Provide feedback on conditions and improvements for golfer enjoyment and assistance during practice.
• Maintain control records of credits transfer for SGA Player/JGDP/Staff/damage cards.
• Coordinate promotional activities and events at the range with the supervisor.
• Recommend sales promotions and activities beneficial to members.
• Monitor and ensure facilities are clean and in good condition.
• Report any issues with the Range Card System and ensure all transactions and cash are accounted for and submitted to the Finance Department.
• Ensure efficient collection and washing of range balls.
• Operate the SkyTrak Launch Monitor and Tablet, including simple troubleshooting.
• Ensure range mats are rotated and clean.
• Ensure driving range baskets are collected and neatly arranged for golfers' use.

Requirements

• GCE “N” / “O” Levels preferred with at least 1 year of experience in similar capacity
• Fair knowledge and experience of golf preferred
• Familiarity with operation of PC Card Sales system is an added advantage
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
