• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM-5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various electrical and electronic systems, both outdoors and within the company workshop.
• Troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure minimal downtime.

• Minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC (Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Electrical Engineering).
• At least one year of experience in customer support and repair of forklifts, automobiles, and heavy industrial equipment.
• Must have knowledge of AC & DC motors, single-phase & three-phase systems, lead acid & lithium batteries, electrical control circuits, and hydraulic systems.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Log all incidents/requests, and issue ticket number to the customer/requester.

• Perform first-level incident isolation, troubleshooting, bypass, recovery and resolution.

• Assist caller by providing usage support for software/applications.

• Maintain and build up FAQs (frequently asked questions) relating to these software/applications.

• Escalate incidents/requests not resolved by the Service Desk to the appropriate teams.

• Track/monitor the status of the incidents/requests and follow-up with respective teams.

• Provide update to the customer/requester on the status of the incidents/requests.

• Submit application requests on behalf of users based on approved status in the ITSM system.

• Track and monitor the status of applications to ensure that the third-party suppliers provision the accounts

• Generating listings of all accounts and access rights of each user by department.

• Coordinating across teams to send listing to the system/user owners.

• Preparing reports on the types of activities made on accounts such as termination of accounts, modification of access rights and its corresponding reasons.

Requirements

• At least a diploma in IT or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years’ Service Desk support experience with desktop skills/knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

• Raise reports of mishandled and damaged bags, in accordance to airline requirements.
• Trace mishandled baggage and keep passengers informed of the status.
• Assist passengers with odd sized bags.
• Answer hotline calls on baggage matters.

Requirements:

• Local NITEC or Higher NITEC (Service, hospitality, tourism or related disciplines preferred)
• Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
• Comfortable with working 6-days work week, rotational shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Overnight)

2. Design, configure, and maintain the organization's Service Catalog within the ServiceNow platform.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather service requirements and ensure accurate representation in the catalog.
4. Continuously update and improve the Service Catalog to meet evolving business needs. • Requested Item Processing:

10. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management
11. Define, implement, and manage SLAs within the ServiceNow platform.
12. Link SLAs to Service Catalog Task and ensure adherence to defined service levels.
13. Monitor SLA performance, identify areas of improvement, and propose corrective actions. Reporting and Dashboarding:
14. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within the ITSM platform.
15. Create custom reports to track service performance, SLA compliance, and other key metrics. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

Tertiary education in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline.

Experience

1. At least 5years+experience in ServiceNow development.
2. Experienced in ITSM configuration/design/implementation and requirements gathering Technical / Professional Skills
3. Must have strong knowledge on ServiceNow fundamentals, configuration & scripting. Configuring, developing and testing solutions on the platform to meet business requirements Excellent problem solving & communication skill
