Key Responsibilities

• In charge of overall supervision for Milling & Patching team
• Decision making for equipment and team allocation

• Lead the Cleaning team to ensure there is a positive, motivational, supportive working environment.
• Ensure advanced planning of all cleaning operations including periodic tasks with clear schedules and sign off of all duties and tasks complete.
• A focus on training and development of the team to establish good working practices with a vision and focus on both cleaning operation and creating meaningful positive customer experience interactions.
• Provide professional support to the busines in service-related matters and all contractual matters.
• Ensure high standards are always achieved, being flexible to meet the changing operational needs on a continual basis and to suggest new initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and best practice are continually delivered.
• Take full ownership and manage to conclusion all cleaning feedbacks or complaints.
• Manage inventory of cleaning materials and equipments.
• Responsible for staff performance & discipline.
• Tabulate worker OT and submit to HR monthly.
• Prepare and compile monthly reports to relevant clients.
• Prepare new staff on-boarding and off-boarding.

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

This headcount will assume the Operations role at OSPL, with the main scope and responsibilities listed below:

Marine Operations Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Marine Ops Team (MARSIN) to achieve berthing excellence for OOCL services and vessels.
2. Coordinate with HKG MOC on berthing priority for incoming vessels.
3. Handle exceptions and ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
4. Engage in discussions with strategic vendors (e.g., PSA Terminals).
5. Evaluate marine ops vendors’ performance.
6. Continuously review Ops cost and address unfavorable trends.

EQM Operations Responsibilities:

1. Lead Equipment Ops Team (EQMSIN) in managing depot and EQM inventory at OSPL.
2. Ensure sufficient EQM to support OSPL business.
3. Manage depot and equipment operations effectively.
4. Coordinate with EMC to meet EQM ops KPI targets.
5. Evaluate depot vendors’ performance.
6. Review EQM stock allocation based on depot performance.

In addition to the above dual functions, the Manager or Senior Manager will also be expected to initiate process improvements to align with business and customer requirements.

Requirements:

The candidate must possess the following:

• Minimum Degree in a relevant field.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing digital tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Quick decision-making and effective vendor engagement for maintaining Ops excellence.
• Demonstrate instant leadership, enthusiasm, and a commitment to Ops excellence.
