Sevenseas Electronic is a marine electronics company established in Shanghai, China since 1996 and registered our local companies/stations located in Qingdao, XinGang ,Dalian, Yantai, ZhouShan , FuZhou & GuangZhou ports & Singapore with more than 40 owned, trained & experienced technicians to provide on time & cost-effective service in China and Singapore ports.

Our company is combined by three parts including Radio/Navigation, Automation & IT Solution.

We are looking for a dedicated Service Technician/ Engineer (Marine) to be responsible for repair and maintenance of ship Navigation, Communication, Satcom, VSAT/TVRO, PAGA/PABX and GMDSS system. Reporting to the Head of Marine Electronics, and working closely with our business partners, he/she will be involved in the installation and testing of navigation and communications equipment on shipping vessels.

Responsibilities/Requisite :-

1. Attending ships in terminal, anchorage, shipyard for repair, installation, troubleshooting services.

2. Report and documentation as per company procedures (E.g. Update of Software, database, etc.).

3. Timely completion of technical and service work report

4. Conducting fault-finding process and resolve the technical issue onboard as appropriate.

5. Providing technical support both onsite and remotely for company product to the customer.

6. Providing support to coordinators.

7. Ensuring that the work is executed according to Company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.

8. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.

9. Able to travel overseas.

Requirements

• O-Level/ITE in Electronics Engineering
• Newly graduates are welcome
