Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with new customers via WhatsApp to understand their needs and assign chess coaches based on age, schedule, personality, and preferred lesson format.
• Scheduling first lessons between coaches and customers, with coaches taking over scheduling afterward.
• Sending reminders to coaches for scheduling lessons and important sessions, such as school CCA lessons.
• Checking incoming payments once a week, gently following up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Processing outgoing payments to freelance coaches once a week.
• Processing occasional shipments.
• Handling ad hoc tasks, such as sourcing lesson venues or assisting with chess tournament setup/teardown.

Requirements:

• Availability to respond to messages and queries promptly between 10 AM and 10 PM daily (average response time within 30 minutes).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer and coach interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle scheduling, payments, and ad hoc tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to work flexibly for approximately 7-10 hours per week.
• Ability to commit to this role for a minimum of 1 year.
• Bonus if you play chess (but not required).

• Ensure customer’s orders are processed in a timely and accurately manner
• Ensure reports are submitted on a timely to established customer’s schedules
• Investigate root-cause of operation incidents and service failures, make recommendation to the CS Managers / Management for improvements
• Liaise and update customer closely to resolve customer orders or shipments related issues
• Initial cycle count as per schedule
• Ensure proper keeping of cycle count sheet for audit trail purpose
• Be responsible in reconciling all stock discrepancies
• Inventory Management for Customer’s WMS system
• Ensure all billings are done timely & accurately with all necessary supporting documents
• Collate and compute the monthly KPI report
• Achieve & maintain consistent KPI, make suggestions to improve when necessary

· Plan schedules for specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilizing available manpower and equipment

· Coordinate, direct and monitor the cleaning operations in the company’s portfolio

· Effective management of operations executives and site supervisors to ensure delivery of operations covering all required areas.

· Regular visits to company’s cleaning sites to monitor standards of cleanliness, to establish and implement work quality and meet the evolving needs of clients

· Understand and build excellent relationships with stake holders, promoting good reputation of the company.

· Provide training to new staff in relation to expected standards and quality of cleaning, health and safety requirements and handling of equipment and machinery.

· Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment

· Maintain supplies of cleaning materials and equipment and placing orders to maintain stock levels
